La Pizza : Confronto Francia e Italia

E’difficile immaginare la grande varietà di pizze a disposizione del consumatore… Le differenze di stile : la tradizionale pizza italiana con le sue varietà regionali, la pizza “New York Style”, la pizza alla francese…ci sono varie ricette, spessori della pasta e farine.

 

Anche i formati sono diversi : tonda o quadrata, in tranci, in formato miniaturizzato da antipasto, persino piegato su se stesso a mo’ di calzone o addirittura cono !
